Microsoft Gamification

As a lead designer and creative for the Microsoft Gamification project I was tasked to design and create a full desktop to mobile gamification application that lead developers through Microsoft’s new processes via an interactive game board. Each level of completion was a room in a Microsoft factory. Illustration style and color choices were made in brand with the Microsoft look and feel while integrating modern illustration and UI practices. Quiz functionality, animation, a badge-earning reward system, global leaderboard and more.
